YTT IS ALMOST OVER

I can hardly believe that we only have four more classes of our YTT (yoga teacher training) left....We started our class in January with 50 students and we are now down to a beautiful core of 20....It's bittersweet, I have met the most wonderful people in class and have made lasting friendships....but I am truly tired of the hour drive every morning and afternoon....It has been a beautiful journey with new amazing friendships, lessons learned, information saturated into my brain, and so much beautiful energy....My teachers are outstanding and they have given me the tools so that I may reach out to many others and share what I have learned. Thanks Christy, Astara and Walter - you have been amazing!!!

THE POWER OF WORDS

Great class this evening, while substituting for Lauren. The theme was on the "Power of our Words" - to others and to ourselves. Always practice ahimsa when speaking to others and to yourself. Our words are strong tools that can build up or crush....how do you want your words to come across to others?
